Cash drawers of 335 series have 3 position lock as below:a. Controlled mode: the left picture is controlled mode, cash drawer can be opened by PC or Printerb. Locked mode: Insert key and 90 clockwise, it comes to locked modec. Manual mode: Insert key and 90 anti-clockwise, cash drawer is opened
